Overview:

• Associate Directors are the most important people at Directive, directly responsible for client and employee retention.
• Their performance is directly reflected in the company's P&L.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Goal Setting: Set goals for every client engagement in their pod.
• Best Practices: Ensure LTV:CAC modeling, Customer Generation, Share of SERP, and functional content breakdown.
• Breakdown Barriers: Understand approval moments and support strategists in earning a yes.
