Job Description
Responsible for achieving revenue goals for Boys & Girls Clubs of America's signature events. Develop and implement fundraising goals for events, secure sponsorships, and renew existing donors. Recruit new volunteers to event committees, develop business profiles, and cultivate a volunteer pipeline. Manage committee meetings and ensure sponsor benefits are executed. Serve as the point of contact for event planning, assist with identifying individual donor prospects, and work with corporate partnerships. Create and maintain event pipelines and reporting.
Requires a bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience in fundraising events and volunteer recruitment. Must have strong communication, interpersonal, and Microsoft Office skills. Ability to travel 30% as needed and work at high activity levels.
