Project Coordinator

Enable fulfilment of operations deliverables and ensure those deliverables are in line with budget, schedule and quality assurance based on global standard operating procedures within area of responsibility. Close and effective collaboration across multiple functions that work together on project execution and deliverables to deliver on project/client commitments.

The project management role is responsible for managing all aspects of project activities from costing, set-up, execution, data quality to end deliverables. Ensuring that projects are completed within established budgets, parameters, schedule and quality standards. Proactive approach to addressing potential operational risks with mitigation plan in place to ensure we deliver on all our project commitments and drive high client satisfaction.

Responsibilities include Client & Quotation Management, Project Setup, Execution & Monitoring, Closure & Reporting, and Quality Assurance.
