JOB OBJECTIVE:
- Leads technical underwriting disciplines for Commercial Lines.
- Manages the Commercial Lines Segment Managers and other underwriting support.
- Coaches, trains and mentors internal and external stakeholders.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Leads and manages direct reports in development and implementation of technical underwriting and product subject matter expertise.
- Leads and manages direct reports in performance of regular quality control and participate in quality audits.
- Leads collaboration with senior management on larger, more complex accounts requiring special expertise.
OTHER FUNCTIONS:
- Other duties as assigned.
