Your Responsibilities:
- Build the new Agentic Application unit from scratch, managing external partners and recruiting the internal team.
- Act as coach and mentor, handling feedback, development paths, and team dynamics.
- Establish planning and release cycles that integrate ML experiments and frontend features with quick learning cycles.
Your Profile:
- Background as an engineering manager or tech lead with focus on people & processes.
- Builder mentality, eager to establish processes from 0 to 1.
- Fluent in German and English with strong communication skills.
