Primary Duties:

  • Develop and maintain population health resources, including learning materials and orientation sessions.
  • Lead end-to-end team internal communications, from intake to distribution.
  • Support Employee Resource Groups and manage population health support requests.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Health, or similar.
  • 3+ years experience in healthcare or related field.
  • Relevant certifications such as CHES or CPH are highly desirable.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience presenting and facilitating trainings.
  • Excellent graphic design and writing skills.
  • High cultural competency and project management experience.
