Primary Duties:
- Develop and maintain population health resources, including learning materials and orientation sessions.
- Lead end-to-end team internal communications, from intake to distribution.
- Support Employee Resource Groups and manage population health support requests.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Health, or similar.
- 3+ years experience in healthcare or related field.
- Relevant certifications such as CHES or CPH are highly desirable.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience presenting and facilitating trainings.
- Excellent graphic design and writing skills.
- High cultural competency and project management experience.
