Job Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, test, and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network systems at customer field sites.
- Coordinate with Network Operations Centers and project managers to execute deployment windows and conduct site surveys.
- Document field activity, update project schedules, and provide status reports to leadership.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Seven years of experience in IT technical support for federal customers.
- Expertise with Cisco layer 2/3 devices and Palo Alto firewalls.
- Must hold CompTIA A+, Network+, and Security+ certifications.
Work Environment:
- Remote position with travel around the United States.
- Rotating on-call schedule required.
- Collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams and federal stakeholders.
