WFM Configuration Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient Global WFM Configuration Specialist to join our Workforce Management team. This role will be instrumental in configuring and testing updates within our workforce management solution, Legion. Your responsibilities include: maintaining, analyzing, and enhancing labor models in Legion ensuring efficient labor management across our retail locations. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience with multiple WFM platforms and the ability to write and configure labor models, scheduling rules, and compliance templates across the world. Oversee the end-to-end configuration, testing, deployment, and maintenance of all scheduling rules including labor standards, scheduling policies, work roles, and meal/break compliance. Execute system configuration changes in response to evolving operational needs, company policies, and system upgrades, ensuring the system remains aligned with business objectives. Collaborate closely with Operations, Visual Merchandising, and Store Training/Experience to gather insights and align system configurations with in-store execution. Act as Tier 2/3 support for system related issues, manage service tickets and coordinate resolutions. Analyze forecast and scheduling data to identify trends and provide actional insights, driving continuous improvement in operational efficiency and effectiveness. Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned to support the broader Retail Operations function, contributing to the overall success and strategic goals of the organization. Conduct comprehensive testing of WFM configurations to ensure accuracy, functionality, and compliance.
