Job Overview:
- This role is a work-from-home position supporting enterprise AI transformation across the continental US.
- The People team is lean, highly embedded with the business, and operating at the center of a company-wide shift to AI-enabled work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and run enablement programs that drive real adoption, not just check-the-box training.
- Build practical toolkits, learning experiences, and manager resources that actually get used.
- Track adoption using leading indicators like behavior change, readiness, and friction.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in workforce transformation, people enablement, or talent-side change execution.
- Proven experience driving behavior change, comfort working with HR/Talent systems, and strong judgment.
- Practical curiosity and experience with AI-enabled ways of working.
