Role Overview:
- This role owns the enablement experience for customers adopting the am:pm AI platform.
- You will work directly with property management teams to design and embed new workflows.
- You sit between implementation consultant and change management lead.
Your Responsibilities:
- Project manage customer enablement end to end, including workflow implementation and data ingestion.
- Work onsite with property managers to guide them through the transition to AI-powered operations.
- Deliver engaging training and build playbooks to scale future engagements.
