Job Description
This role involves managing and organizing the Founder’s calendar, priorities, and tasks, coordinating meetings, travel arrangements, and daily operational requirements, and maintaining spreadsheets, databases, and operational trackers. This position also supports technical and automation projects, assists in marketing or content-related tasks, conducts research, and proactively identifies opportunities to streamline processes and improve workflows. The position reports directly to the Founder and is a fully remote work arrangement.
