Project and Stakeholder Management: Implement strategic initiatives to align with client goals. Ensure project milestones are met and stay within budget. Communicate analysis and findings through impactful presentations. Evaluate potential risks associated with strategies and devise mitigation plans.
Leadership and Development: Manage small project teams, refining project scopes and overseeing junior team members. Identify training opportunities to enhance team skills and expertise.
Hypothesis-Driven Problem Solving & Analysis: Conduct root-cause analysis to thoroughly understand client challenges. Use data analysis tools to uncover meaningful insights and patterns. Apply critical thinking and lead brainstorming sessions for innovative solutions.
