Job Description
Seeking an individual to join its team to support its expansion and assist with administrative and operational assistance to the Legal and Contracts team. The role involves assisting with preparing, monitoring and tracking of US-based contracts. It requires collaboration with internal stakeholders such as sales and recruitment teams. The candidate will maintain and organize contract templates, files, databases and systems to ensure accurate records and easy retrieval. There will be support of contract review, coordinate contract execution, assist with the preparation of documents and data entry, filing and document management to support efficient workflows.
