Senior Payroll Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Payroll Analyst to optimize payroll operations across multiple countries, including the U.S. This exempt role requires independent judgment to manage complex payroll operations and ensure accurate, timely, and compliant processing in a fast-paced global environment. The role also serves as a trusted advisor to HR, Finance, and business leaders. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in international payroll operations, tax compliance, and process optimization, with a proven ability to enhance efficiency, strengthen controls, and support global payroll strategy. The candidate will manage full-cycle payroll processing for international employees with partial U.S. oversight, analyze payroll data, identify discrepancies, resolve issues, and provide actionable recommendations. They will also interpret payroll policies and ensure compliance with U.S. federal, state, local, and international tax requirements. They should be able to advise leadership on compliance risks and recommend process enhancements.
