Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in behavioral health admissions, healthcare sales, or a high-volume client-facing role with a track record of meeting conversion targets.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and consultative communication skills, with the ability to listen and guide clients empathetically.
- Self-directed and accountable in a remote environment, with a bachelor's degree encouraged and a minimum of 24 college credit hours required.
Compensation and Schedule:
- Competitive base salary with performance incentives offered for meeting and exceeding enrollment goals.
- Fully remote position with a schedule from Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm EST, focusing on admissions coordination and client care.
