About the Position:
- Provides direct, in-region support and coaching to Chief Academic Officers and Chief Schools Officers.
- Builds a strong instructional vision and installs instructional systems that sustain results.
- Focuses on building capacity in leaders and systems for equitable student outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Coach leaders to build knowledge, skills, and mindsets for sustained academic systems.
- Monitor student achievement and adult actions to inform course corrections.
- Establish and refine a bar of excellence for academic systems across regions.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in schools with a demonstrated record of student achievement.
- Proven ability to coach and develop school and regional leaders effectively.
- Strong track record of using data to monitor progress and drive course corrections.
