About the Position:
- The SVP, Growth sets vision and strategy for KIPP's growth function, stewarding criteria and readiness frameworks.
- This role reports to the CEO and partners with the Chief Schools Officer to make network-level decisions.
- Manages one Senior Director of Growth and holds accountability for execution.
Responsibilities:
- Own enterprise growth strategy, including multi-year targets and portfolio priorities.
- Lead regional growth partnerships and establish progress-monitoring systems.
- Represent the Growth function in executive decision-making and board updates.
Qualifications and Experience:
- 12+ years in strategy, growth, or network development, ideally in K-12 education.
- Proven track record managing people managers and driving organizational outcomes.
- Strong analytical skills and executive presence for C-suite partnership.
