About the Role:
- We are hiring a VP of Growth to lead growth and marketing across Motion and Wonderly.
- This person will report directly to the CEO and drive the marketing engine for Wonderly.
What You’ll Own:
- Positioning, paid acquisition, influencer strategy, SEO, lifecycle marketing, and attribution.
- Hiring and managing the marketing team as the function scales.
Expectations:
- Real ownership from day one with direct accountability for growth numbers.
- Regular in-person work sessions and hacker houses; a team that values speed and clarity.
