Director of Growth Marketing & Analytics

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the strategy, execution, and continuous improvement of growth initiatives to increase acquisition efficiency.
• Lead performance marketing across paid search, social, display, programmatic, and other digital channels.
• Optimize conversion funnels through experimentation, A/B testing, and audience segmentation.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or marketing analytics.
• Deep expertise in paid acquisition, SEO, marketing automation, and web analytics tools.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and communicate strategic recommendations.
