What You'll Be Doing:

  • Define and execute the long-term Scaled Customer Success strategy for SMB and Schools segments.
  • Lead, coach, and develop frontline managers to drive adoption, retention, and customer value.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with CS Operations, Product, Marketing, and Sales to optimize the scaled coverage model.

About You:

  • 7+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management, with 3+ years managing people leaders.
  • Experience in EdTech, K-12 education, or SaaS, with a focus on scaled customer success models.
  • Strong data-driven leadership style with ability to translate insights into strategic recommendations.
