What You'll Be Doing:
- Define and execute the long-term Scaled Customer Success strategy for SMB and Schools segments.
- Lead, coach, and develop frontline managers to drive adoption, retention, and customer value.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with CS Operations, Product, Marketing, and Sales to optimize the scaled coverage model.
About You:
- 7+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management, with 3+ years managing people leaders.
- Experience in EdTech, K-12 education, or SaaS, with a focus on scaled customer success models.
- Strong data-driven leadership style with ability to translate insights into strategic recommendations.
