Define and drive the 12-18 month roadmap for Core Access and Security, setting clear priorities, making hard tradeoffs, and keeping the team aligned on what matters most.
Lead, coach, and grow a team of 3 PMs, building product craft, creating clarity, and developing the next generation of ButterflyMX product leaders.
Partner tightly with the hardware team to align software and hardware roadmaps; great access experiences live at that intersection.

What we're looking for:

10+ years in product management; 4+ years managing PMs; you know how to build a team, not just a roadmap.
Experience owning a platform or core product; you've dealt with the complexity of decisions that affect everything downstream.
Comfort in the hardware-software space; you understand what it means when firmware is involved and how hardware constraints shape what's possible on the software side.
