Responsibilities:
- Lead development of scalable, reliable platform infrastructure and drive deployment strategies for safety and speed.
- Establish observability, SRE practices, and design environments for consistent testing and safe releases.
- Partner cross-functionally and provide technical leadership, mentoring teams on platform best practices.
Requirements:
- 9+ years of experience in software development with a focus on platform engineering, DevOps, or SRE.
- Strong backend experience with Java/Spring, AWS, Kafka, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code like Terraform.
- Deep understanding of system design, observability, production operations, and containerization with Kubernetes or ECS.
Compensation & Culture:
- Salary range is $185,000 to $210,000 annually as part of a total benefits package.
