What you will do:
- Design and Development of the complex IT systems/applications
- Primary focus on Development in Request Fulfilment / Catalog Items
- Analysis of the requirements and communication with internal stakeholders
Qualifications:
- Have very good knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, especially in building custom apps
- Have experience in implementing requirements in ServiceNow: configuration, scripting, and development of solutions
- Be confident in using Service Portal, Catalog Items, and Self-Service Applications
Technical Capabilities:
- Know-how in JavaScript with ServiceNow-Context (Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, Flow Designer, Workflows)
- Safe to use ServiceNow configuration and development tools
- Experience with update sets, scoped apps, and version control
