Responsibilities:
- Launch, administer, and optimize a large-scale digital community platform, supported by vendors and internal teams.
- Design and facilitate engaging online and in-person experiences to foster connection and participation among global alumni.
- Monitor community health, use sound judgment to intervene, and experiment continuously with new formats and rituals.
Community Operations:
- Bring structure to community operations, content, and workflows, ensuring scalability and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align the community with broader organizational goals and support global members with occasional non-standard hours.
- Oversee governance and escalation procedures, partner with IT for system processes, and maintain quarterly reporting on key performance indicators.
Qualifications and Impact:
- 5 years of experience in community management or similar roles, with proficiency in platforms like Mighty Networks or Circle.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills, with ability to connect across cultures and prioritize in fast-moving environments.
