Technical Delivery Lead

Responsibilities:

• Deliver fast-moving technical programs in direct support of the warfighter, driving outcomes, schedule, scope, risk, and cross-functional coordination.
• Operate at the seam between government stakeholders, end users, and technical teams, keeping work transparent, measurable, and on track.
• Run delivery cadences including backlogs, sprint planning, stand-ups, demos, and retrospectives using modern tooling.

Qualifications:

• Active Secret clearance with ability to obtain Top-Secret clearance and minimum 5 years of experience leading technical projects.
• Skilled in modern project management techniques (Agile, Scrum, Kanban) and risk, schedule, and dependency management.
• Ability to communicate at senior levels and translate between technical teams and government stakeholders.

Environment:

• Function with little guidance in a fast-paced technical operations environment supporting a high-level mission partner.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, data, design, and operations to deliver against fixed milestones.
• Experience supporting Special Operations and delivering capabilities directly to operational end users is desired.
