Accountabilities:
- Lead the establishment, implementation, and ongoing maturity of a healthcare data governance program at provincial scale.
- Develop comprehensive data governance frameworks, policies, standards, decision rights, and data stewardship practices.
- Provide strategic leadership across healthcare data governance, digital health, analytics, and clinical operations.
Requirements:
- University degree in Healthcare Sciences, Health Administration, or related field with 10+ years of Canadian healthcare data governance experience.
- 10+ years of progressive leadership in government health-system planning and provincial initiatives involving data or digital health.
- 8+ years of experience developing digital health strategies and roadmaps, with strong stakeholder management across clinical and technical environments.
