Senior Director, Counsel – Litigation, Legal Policy and Strategy

Role Overview:

• Develop and execute strategy on litigation, policy engagement, and advocacy.
• Advise senior leadership and the business on laws and regulations.
• Manage litigation, investigations, and disputes from strategy through resolution.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and J.D. with active law license.
• Minimum 8 years as a practicing attorney with complex litigation experience.
• Proven track record at trial and appellate levels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide litigation counsel to Government Affairs and other functions.
• Lead outside counsel and manage budgets.
• Monitor litigation and policy developments affecting drug development and pricing.
