Senior Strategic Analyst

Client Analytics & Portfolio Optimization:

• Lead analytical deep dives and portfolio evaluations to identify cost-saving opportunities and program performance gaps for enterprise clients.
• Deliver comprehensive ROI assessments and executive-ready reporting packages that translate raw data into clear, actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
• Develop cost-savings models that map benefit adjustments and resource shifts to measurable financial outcomes, maximizing client value and employee engagement.

Data-Driven Product & Service Enhancement:

• Shape Wellist's product roadmap and service offerings by analyzing platform behavioral data and identifying features that drive higher adoption and engagement.
• Partner with Product and Engineering teams to integrate and interpret multi-source data from internal systems, CRMs, and analytics platforms like Sigma.
• Build repeatable analytic frameworks and benchmarks to improve program assessment methods and inform the company's go-to-market and ecosystem strategy.

Executive Communication & Advisory Leadership:

• Present findings and strategic recommendations directly to C-suite executives, including CHROs and CFOs, to influence high-stakes decisions and business cases.
• Craft board-level narratives and insights that translate complex data into compelling stories for client leadership and external thought leadership opportunities.
• Collaborate with Client Success leadership to ensure analytics are central to account strategy, driving client retention and expansion through demonstrated value.
