Responsibilities:

  • Act as the frontline agent for triaging and resolving complex customer issues with Chainguard Images and container technologies.
  • Engage Engineering teams for escalation and collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success and other departments.
  • Maintain clear communication with customers to ensure they are informed and satisfied throughout the support process.

Technical Requirements:

  • Possess 5+ years of enterprise technical support experience and 3+ years of hands-on expertise with Linux, Docker, and Kubernetes.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in DevOps tools and environments, including CI/CD, GitHub, Helm Charts, Terraform, and cloud platforms like AWS.
  • Exhibit strong problem-solving skills to prioritize issues, document solutions, and contribute to the knowledge base.
