About the Role:
- Lead and scale multiple product engineering squads at a mission-driven K-12 education technology company.
- Guide technical direction and product delivery while partnering with product and cross-functional teams.
What You'll Do:
- Manage multiple engineering squads and drive delivery across scheduling, reporting, and elementary school product areas.
- Contribute code, review work, and pair with engineers, shifting from hands-on engineering to leadership.
- Make architecture decisions and partner with product to align engineering priorities with business outcomes.
What We're Looking For:
- At least 3 years of engineering management experience, including managing multiple teams.
- Strong backend architecture skills with TypeScript or Python, AWS, and MongoDB.
- Experience in K-12 education technology or related fields with a mission-driven focus.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base salary is $210,000 to $240,000 USD annually.
- Visa sponsorship is available.
