Job Description
Care Access is seeking a skilled and experienced Instructional Designer, Clinical Education to join our dynamic Clinical Education Team. The Instructional Designer, Clinical Education plays a key role in designing and developing high-quality instructional materials that enhance the learning experience for clinical and operational staff. The ideal candidate brings a passion for education, a creative and learner-centered approach, and a strong foundation in instructional design methodologies and e-learning development.
The core duties include designing and developing engaging learning content for clinical and non-clinical staff, design study-specific training materials, collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to collect content, create detailed storyboards and instructional plans, utilize multimedia tools and technologies to enhance learning, develop e-learning content using authoring tools such as Articulate 360(Storyline and Rise), conduct quality assurance reviews on instructional content, support learning evaluation and feedback processes, collaborate on Learning Management System(LMS) integration, assist in triaging and debugging issues, and assist in maintaining course catalogues.
Additional responsibilities include managing multiple design projects simultaneously, assisting the Manager, Instructional Design, Clinical Education with various management and administrative tasks, and staying current with industry trends.
