Responsibilities:
- Lead the creation of self-serve and instructor-led training content across all product lines to drive post-activation product adoption.
- Build educational resources for both mature and pre-market AI products, developing success metrics and measurement frameworks from scratch.
- Manage a growing team, embed AI-powered workflows, and experiment with new educational formats to challenge traditional delivery methods.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years in customer education or learning & development with experience scaling programs including self-serve content and digital learning.
- 2+ years of people management experience leading content, training, or education teams in a high-growth AI or SaaS environment.
- Proven ability to operate with ambiguity, strong applied AI fluency, and experience defining adoption-focused success metrics.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Base pay varies by location, with US salary ranges from $150,000 to $208,000 per year depending on the compensation zone.
