Job Description
As a Senior Engineer, you'll provide leadership within software teams, act as a mentor, and be a trusted client-facing technologist.
- You will impact all phases of projects and all phases of the SDLC.
- Leverage existing depth of knowledge to maximize impact and grow in adjacent technologies.
- Present solutions to clients and Qvest team members, shaping the technologies used.
What You'll Bring:
- Experience with ML / Applied AI tools and patterns including LLM, MLOps, RAG
- Familiarity with SOA, Microservices, or similar architectural patterns
- Experience balancing feature development vs. technical debt accumulation
