Forward Deployed Machine Learning Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Build, deploy, and iterate on machine learning models and agentic workflow features that directly solve customer problems.
• Apply ML techniques to enhance system accuracy and performance, ensuring solutions are robust and production-ready.

System Development:

• Improve and validate ML models and agentic workflows supporting submission intake, underwriting decision-making, and automation tasks.
• Deploy and adapt autonomous agent behaviors into tailored customer workflows for practical AI integration.

Production Ownership:

• Develop evaluation pipelines and monitoring systems to track reliability and performance in evolving production environments.
• Monitor logs, metrics, and user feedback to diagnose issues, debug failures, and drive resolutions proactively.
• Take end-to-end ownership of problems, implementing fixes or coordinating with engineering and infrastructure teams as needed.
