Own and articulate the end-to-end UX strategy across all surfaces of the Charge Card program, spanning both admin and cardholder journeys. Define a multi-quarter roadmap that balances innovation with usability, enabling program admins to confidently manage access, controls, and payments, while empowering cardholders with seamless tools to transact, track, and understand their spend. Guide the development of scalable product systems that simplify the complexity of financial management. Manage and mentor a team of PMs, ensuring each has clarity, autonomy, and support to drive meaningful outcomes.
