Job Description
The Customer Service Specialist plays a key role in ensuring the smooth flow of transactions and will be the central point of contact between customers, sales agents, and service vendorsβkeeping everyone aligned and on schedule. Responsibilities include daily processing and monitoring of web orders three times a day, prioritizing orders, running and importing excel reports, managing customer service requests, and communicating with vendors to ensure timely job completion and delivery. The role also involves monitoring customer service emails, answering calls, entering tracking information, assisting sales reps, settling credit card charges, invoicing orders, approving vendor invoices, generating monthly reports, and processing purchase orders.
