Job Description

Support and execute change management activities, ensuring successful adoption of new initiatives, and minimizing resistance across the organization. Assess change impacts, develop communication and training plans, and foster collaboration among stakeholders to drive effective transitions. This position requires a balance of strategic understanding and hands-on execution, with a strong focus on enabling smooth transitions, ensuring stakeholder engagement, and embedding change management into everyday processes. Evaluate the impact of proposed changes on people, processes, and systems, and develop strategies to address potential challenges. Implement comprehensive communication plans to inform and engage stakeholders throughout the change lifecycle. Design and deliver training programs to equip employees with the necessary skills and knowledge to adapt to new processes and systems. Collaborate with key stakeholders across the organization to promote change initiatives and foster a culture of adaptability. Identify and address resistance to change, developing strategies to mitigate negative impacts and encourage adoption. Establish and ensure the gathering ofย  metrics to track the effectiveness of change initiatives and provide regular reports on progress and outcomes. Support the integration of new policies, standards, and procedures into existing frameworks to align with organizational objectives. Lead and facilitate workshops and meetings to gather input, build consensus, and drive decision-making related to change initiatives. Provide ongoing support and guidance to employees after the implementation of new changes, ensuring sustained adoption.
