Essential Job Duties:
- Serve as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams.
- Demonstrate the value of RCM services by highlighting measurable impacts.
- Analyze customer performance metrics and suggest improvements.
Collaboration and Refinement:
- Collaborate with billing, operations, and product teams.
- Identify and recommend process enhancements.
- Provide customers with regular performance reports.
Customer Satisfaction:
- Drive customer satisfaction, retention, and advocacy.
- Ensure high Net Promotor Scores (NPS).
- Maintain strong customer references.
