About the Role:
- You will model, analyze, and optimize plant performance for utility solar plus energy storage projects.
- You will combine technical rigor with real-world impact, collaborating across teams to deliver defensible energy performance assessments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage PV production estimates for early to late-stage developments and proposals.
- Perform PVsyst energy modeling including terrain shade analysis, soiling, and degradation projections.
- Conduct capacity testing and technical due diligence on PPA documentation and M&A activities.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's or Master's in Engineering, Physics, or equivalent with 4+ years of solar energy modeling experience.
- Strong understanding of PVsyst, DC collection systems, and plant design.
- Experience with battery energy storage systems and Python is a plus.
