Support scale, strengthen systems, champion candidate experience. The Recruitment Coordinator will drive high-volume hiring across our operations and support teams. This full-time role involves more than scheduling interviews, it includes conducting initial candidate screens, maintaining structured hiring pipelines, and ensuring the recruitment engine runs smoothly. The coordinator will coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple teams and time zones, conduct initial candidate screenings to assess fit, professionalism, and communication and keep candidate pipelines up to date in our ATS (Recruiterflow). The role also includes posting job descriptions, managing applicant flow, and moving candidates through stages. The Coordinator will draft and send candidate communications, including rejections and follow-ups, partner with internal recruiters and hiring managers to improve workflows, and help maintain a high-touch, responsive candidate experience from start to finish.
