Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the regional Commercial BI strategy, including ownership of Power BI reporting, dashboards, KPIs, and performance insights.
- Manage and develop two direct reports, providing coaching and support to deliver high-quality commercial intelligence solutions.
- Partner with Sales, Finance, Operations, and other business leaders to translate business requirements into scalable analytics and technology solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field; at least 7 years of experience in BI, Sales Operations, or Commercial Excellence.
- Strong hands-on experience with Power BI, SQL, and CRM platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics or Salesforce.
- Demonstrated leadership ability to manage, mentor, and develop team members in a fast-paced environment.
