Accountant, Revenue Operations

The Revenue Operations Accountant will take ownership of daily, weekly, and monthly duties across the order-to-cash function for our US entities, maintaining key SOX controls. Responsibilities include managing sales order processes for US entities, creating accurate Sales Orders with proper revenue schedules in NetSuite, generating and maintaining timely invoices for staged billing contracts, calculating monthly customer transaction usage, and tracking contract statuses. The accountant will perform sales order completeness reconciliations and prepare balance sheet account reconciliations. Additional duties include preparing allowance for credit losses, performing cash application, following up on overdue receivables, performing credit checks for new customers, and participating in system automation and process improvement projects. The role requires ensuring compliance with SOX controls, company policies, and procedures and handling additional tasks as the role evolves.
