Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the development, improvement, and execution of K–12 MLL instructional materials reviews in partnership with content-area review teams.
  • Manage and coach MLL Leads, providing clear expectations, professional growth, and performance feedback.
  • Ensure that all EdReports reviews incorporate a calibrated MLL lens aligned to evidence-based practices and grade-level access.

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in K–12 education, state departments of education, or nonprofit instructional leadership, with significant focus on multilingual learners.
  • 3+ years supervising teams, with deep expertise in second language acquisition theory and research.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting grade-level access for multilingual learners within standards-aligned instructional materials.
