VP, Technical Operations

As the senior-most technical leader, reporting directly to the executive team, the VP, Technical Operations oversees all technical operations across SR&ED and grant services, managing a team of technical writers, reviewers, and QA specialists. This role involves technical leadership and oversight, project management, quality assurance, team development, stakeholder collaboration, and strategic planning. Key responsibilities include ensuring technical reviews meet standards and compliance, designing project workflows that support on-time delivery, monitoring team velocity, owning QA processes, recruiting and training a growing technical team, and collaborating with engineering, executive, clients, and legal counsel.
