Ensure complete compliance with CPSR requirements.
Provide full life-cycle subcontract management of various contract types, complexities, and sizes that will consist of monitoring subcontract and vendor performance, funding, and invoices/budgets to mitigate cost overruns.
Ensure compliance with subcontract and procurement policies, procedures, and standard operating practices.
Support subcontract and vendor agreement activities from intake through closeout, with opportunities to manage an independent subcontract portfolio.
Review Purchase Requisitions for completeness and accuracy, and assist with processing associated Purchase Orders and Change Orders.
Prepare and administer subcontract-related contractual artifacts, including Non-Disclosure Agreements and Teaming Agreements.
