Project Manager

Day-to-day:

• Manage customer implementation projects end-to-end from kickoff through post-go-live, ensuring alignment and driving milestones.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Customer Engineers to deliver high-quality, on-time project delivery.
• Serve as primary customer contact, facilitating technical discussions and setting clear expectations.

What we’re looking for:

• 5+ years of client-facing project management experience in SaaS environments preferred.
• Strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Experience with Salesforce, Jira, or Rocketlane is a plus.
