Job Description

Reporting to the Manager, Digital Solutions, you'll be responsible for implementing designs as directed by senior team members. This includes developing Salesforce applications and maintaining existing production configurations, while navigating through all stages of the software development lifecycle. The core parts of your role will be to: Work closely with internal team members and external partners in the design, development, and implementation of business solutions leveraging the Salesforce technologies. Configure and develop Salesforce multi-cloud CRM solutions that support OTIP initiatives. Collaborate with key stakeholders across the business, identify and gather their requirements and needs, and translate them into technical specifications and Salesforce CRM solutions. Configure necessary Salesforce solutions to meet business requirements. Design, develop, and maintain custom Salesforce UI and programing logic in LWC and Apex. Develop, maintain, and optimize API-based integrations between Salesforce CRM and other systems, ensuring data integrity and seamless data flow. Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and regression activities to ensure reliability and performance of Salesforce CRM solutions.
