Job Description
Design and execute comprehensive manual testing strategies for our AI powered SaaS platform, website and all supporting tools and applications as required or specified time to time. Establish robust QA processes and testing frameworks from the ground up. Lead quality initiatives across development cycles, ensuring our platform meets the high standards our enterprise clients expect. Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and design teams to identify and resolve issues early.
Mentor and guide team members on QA best practices (formal team management not required). Create detailed test documentation and maintain quality metrics. Review requirements and write test cases.
