Client Interaction:

• Work with Business Development Directors to understand client data challenges.
• Script use cases based on elluminate capabilities for various functions during the sales process.
• Represent eClinical and demonstrate elluminate at trade shows.

Technical Expertise:

• Configure the elluminate demonstration environment with appropriate data.
• Discuss technical aspects of elluminate, including infrastructure and IT requirements.
• Showcase advanced analytic scenarios using elluminate’s modules.

Product Development & Feedback:

• Work with internal product teams to learn about product enhancements and new releases.
• Provide customer feedback to Product, Engineering, and other internal teams.
• Share best practices to enhance product demonstrations and exposure to elluminate.
