Operations Leadership:
- Monitor daily HIM workflow, determine work assignments as pertinent.
- Responsible for internal and external department requests for missing documentation.
- Help conduct new hire training and ongoing team training sessions.
Data Integrity:
- Oversee maintenance, appraisal, and update of storage inventory and destruction of records.
- Prepare statistical reports as needed and report key performance metrics as needed.
- Help manage the deficiency process to comply with Medical Staff Bylaws and Rules and Regulations.
Compliance/Safety:
- Responsible for reporting any safety-related incident in a timely fashion through the Midas/RDE tool.
- Stays current and complies with state and federal regulations/statutes and company policies.
- Completes all company mandatory modules and required job-specific training in the specified time frame.
